This free Pricing Comparison service is only available to Australian businesses with annual payments volumes less than $20 million. A Pricing Comparison compares your current fees with a range of alternative service providers – Live eftpos, Suncorp, Fiserv, SmartPay and Co-operative Supermarkets Australia (CSA pricing leverages Live eftpos, and is only available to independent supermarkets that take up CSA membership). All pricing comparisons provided using this service incorporate least-cost routing as a standard feature.

Settlement time frames and Settlement cut-off times
- 5 days next business day settlement for all transactions, 12:01 pm AEST settlement cut-off. If the submission transaction was made on a Saturday or Sunday, settlement will be on Tuesday.
- Merchants that settle on or before 5 pm AEST, same day settlement; BOQ Portfolio merchants, same day settlement, 9 pm AEST settlement cut-off.

We will then email you the report within 3-5 business days. Enquiry links associated with the pricing outlined in the Pricing Comparison will be provided in the report to enable you to easily commence the application process should you decide to do so.
